Follow Friday is hosted by Alison Can Read and Parajunkee!
Hi Everyone! I hope everyone has had a great week!
This Friday's question is:
Question: Keeping with the Spirit of Giving this season, what book do you think EVERYONE should read and if you could, you would buy it for all of your family and friends?
Answer: Wow this is a tough one!
From a YA and fantasy standpoint I would give Name of the Star by Maureen Johnson. Probably one of the best YA books that I read this year and I totally loved
I would also have to give my friends and family Starcrossed by Josephine Angelini. I LOVE Greek Mythology and this is one of the best incorporation's of it that I have seen yet!
I would also have to give one of my favorite books ever to my family and friends this holiday season. The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald has to be one of the best books that I have ever read! After reading it sophomore year in English, I felt that my eyes had been open and I learned so much through this amazing book!
One more book I would have to give is the Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Also a favorite read of mine..and I want to share this book with everyone :)
Well as you can all tell I want to give so many great books to my family and friends this holiday season!
What do you all think and what do you want to give to your family and friends?

Oh, I suck! I nearly bought Name Of The Star for only $5 on the weekend and didn't! Great picks!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you loved Name Of The Star! I'll be reading that soon after my next book! Also the Hunger Games are amazing, such an awesome list!

The Name of the Star would be an excellent gift as would The Hunger Games. I think both books would be great for guys and girls too. I haven't read Tempest, but if its made the gift list then I know I must get on that!
